Overview

The Vita Filorum (meaning "Threaded life") is a family of Flora & Fauna of creatures. With the distinct feature that they are usually physically connected by connections called Tethers.
These creatures definitely have earth origins but we are uncertain from what.

We identified these Tethers are used for proprioception*. The more complex organisms also seem to lack basic functions like respiratory systems and even senses, they all send electrical signals via the tethers to share information like location and others assist in these lack of essential functions, like cellular respiration.

Research Oversight

All current field data is managed and analysed by the Anthropogen Research Group (ARG). Their ongoing surveillance confirms that the Vita Filorum is deeply entrenched within South Africa, with a pervasive network of anomalous activity across multiple provinces.
